Using data to drive instruction
a collection of assessment analysis spreadsheets

These  resources were developed by David Ritchie, during 2004 in his role as a
School Development Officer in the Goulburn North-Eastern Region (now Hume Region),

These spreadsheets are sample files and contain some random telephone book names and data.

When using the spreadsheets delete the sample data and insert your own data. 

If you find any problems please email and let me know, 
as we can fix the problems and reduce frustrations for future users.

If you improve or develop your own solution please share them by email

This spreadsheet allows 12 recording opportunities, 2 a year for 6 years.  
You enter the raw score and the reading age will be automatically calculated
